RETURN PROCESS

1. Mail us within 2 days of receiving the product so that we can verify and process for return or exchange.
2. The order will be picked from your place and then we will ship the new in case of exchange or refund will be processed after verification of the received products.
3. Refund will be the processed to the same mode of payment , in case of cash on delivery we will ask the mode of payment to pay the refund.
4. Cod charge will not be refunded.
5. All the original tags and packaging should be there.
6. We only return in case wrong goods or defective or manufacturing defected goods are delivered.
7. Whole order with all accessories will be refunded and not partial order.
8. Make a video of the product while opening the packet so we can verify when you wish to return the product.

Shipping Rates

For prepaid orders : We charge no shipping and handling fee. Free shipping is included.

For COD Orders : We charge a nominal ₹39 Cash on Delivery fee.

Order Processing

We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.

Shipping Time

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason- it may take longer. You will however be able o track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/ SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner 

We use age as standard for our shoe sizes. Simply measure the length of the feet using our chart ang get the perfect fit!😁
